The weekend begins with sidewalk bargains brought to you by Downtown Hays Merchants and The Mall. When you are ready to cool off, you can enjoy live blues music brought to you by Shawn Cole and Shades of Gray.

Hot deals aren’t the only things blazin’ this weekend - Saturday Downtown Hays will host the 2nd Annual KCBS sanctioned BBQ contest.

It is guaranteed to be a day of blue skies and happy faces in the historic downtown Hays Chestnut Street District.

Blues, BBQ & Bargains 2010 will be held July 16-18.
