		Spring Gallery Walk A Success The 40th Annual Smoky Hill Art Exhibition and 2009 Spring Gallery Walk hosted by the Hays Arts Council was a success. The 33 locations that were open on Friday, April 24, provided a wide variety of art for the public to view and observe. However, the hit of the event seemed to be the 22 locations that remained open on Saturday, April 25 for viewing. Read More . . .
		Chipotle Mexican Grill Event Well Attended The Chipotle Mexican Grill event held on Wednesday, April 29 at the National Guard Armory Building, 200 Main Street, was a succulent success. 		Children Learn About Kansas's Pioneer Past The 8th annual Pioneer Day took place on May 13, 2009, at the Ellis County Historical Society Museum. The event was truly an outdoor educational experience for school age children. Hundreds of children joined in the fun to learn about Kansas’s pioneer past. Read More . . .
