Book Signing This Saturday

The Rock Good Book Store, located at 1012 Main, will be hosting international Christian author Kim Vogel Sawyer as she conducts a book signing and question and answer session on Saturday, July 26th from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.

Her latest release, “My Heart Remembers” will be the featured book for the signing. However, other popular titles of hers include “Where Willows Grow”, “Beginnings”, “Bygones” & “Blessings”.

Sawyer, who has fantasized of being an author since she was a child, is also the proud wife of her military husband, Don, a mother of three wonderful daughters, and a grandma to five grandchildren.

Her motivation behind the project is based on her belief that there is a universal desire to find our place of belonging. The characters of Maelle, Mattie, and Molly Gallagher, are symbolic of her dear step-grandmother's search for the love of a family found only in God's family, a place of rest and fulfillment. Sawyer's prayer is that readers will discover for themselves the true Bringer of joy and fulfillment as they travel the road to reunion with the characters in the story.

In addition to the book signing, The Rock Good Book Store will also be serving complimentary BBQ as well. Stop by Saturday, July 26th for some delicious BBQ and to hear first-hand Sawyer’s amazing journey and how her story began.
