Mentor Services

The main goal of the Business Mentoring Program is to foster growth of the entrepreneurial community and the business climate in Hays.

Are you a business owner?  Are you thinking about starting your own business?  Do you wear all the hats at your place of business? Are you looking for new ways to serve your customers?  Are you seeking new techniques to enhance your current method of doing business?  If you answered “YES” to any of those questions, you are an excellent candidate for the Protégé portion of the Business Mentoring Program.

Do you see yourself as a successful business owner or manager?  Do you have business knowledge and experiences you would like to share?  Do you like to help others?  Then you are an excellent candidate for the Mentor portion of the Business Mentoring Program.

This program provides new and veteran business owners new ideas, techniques for streamlining how you do business, ways to help you become more efficient and effective in serving your customers and employees. 

To become involved as a Mentor or a Protégé, contact the Hays Area Chamber of Commerce to pick up a packet including an application form, a training guide and a full explanation of the program.
